1. Scope of Services

SPYON Security System & Home Automation provides professional design, quotation, installation, cabling, and technical service for electronic security systems, CCTV surveillance, gate and shutter automation, home automation, biometric systems, residential elevators, home theatres, data networking, lightning arresters, and solar power equipment.

2. Quotations & Site Surveys

Preliminary quotations are provided based on initial discussions and site specifications. Final formal estimates require an on-site inspection to assess conduit viability, structural bracket points, electrical load availability, and cable run lengths.

3. Installation Standards & Client Readiness

Installation requires safe site access and uninterrupted main AC power during testing. Our technicians execute clean conduit routing and mounting adhering to standard safety practices. Any civil structural modifications required for gate motors or lift shafts will be coordinated with the property owner or site contractor.

4. Equipment & Manufacturer Warranties

Hardware components (such as cameras, NVRs, automation motors, solar panels, and inverters) carry their respective official manufacturer warranty terms. SPYON assists clients with manufacturer warranty facilitation and workmanship verification.
